2 weeks into Firetext and I honestly don't know where our business would be without it. Onboarding with Alannah was so easy (and enjoyable); after adding a few credits, we were sending SMS alerts to customers as if we texting from our own mobile phones! We have been able to confirm appointments, send out bulletins and keep our customers updated in a fraction of the time that it would have taken to do so by telephone, email or letter. As a small business, we seek efficieincies wherever we can and Firetext has been a wonderful and seemless intergration into our processes. I would highly recommend their services to businesses small and large and I look forward to growing our business with Firetext at the core of our opererations.
