We've been really happy with FireText so far. The service is reliable, and the customer support and setup team have been very helpful. We're using FireText for service alerts, and it's doing the job perfectly. My only wish is for an option to include a parameter in the email-to-SMS function (e.g. 123456@sms.firetext.co.uk?from=NAME) rather than relying on groups. Other than that, it's been excellent - would definitely recommend!
