Working with Firetext (and particularly Ryan Dower) has been a refreshing experience after dealing with large tech companies that sit behind a virtually unpenetrable wall. To be able to send an email and get a response within an hour or have a chat on the phone is incredible. The best I got from multinationals was a possible response on a forum a few days after posting a question. In most cases, the response was unhelpful and then I had to wait a few more days for clarification. With Firetext, technical challenges were sorted within hours rather than weeks.
