First time customer. Very pleased with the service. We ordered 2 selection boxes and an assortment of individual fireworks for a treat for our grandchildren as they couldn’t visit Santa this year. The delivery was very quick which allowed us to bring our event forward a day and miss the rain. One firework failed to light and I emailed the next morning. The response was almost immediate and I was refunded for the item without any fuss. Excellent service &will use again
