The service I received was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fireworks but not sure what to get. There is a huge variety of fireworks available in store and even more online with free click and collect. I was like a kid in a sweetshop at the different selection they had!! Although they are extremely busy Customer service is great the staff spent time offering advice and helping with selection (not trying to upsell any items) he asked what type of fireworks I wanted and spent time explaining the different fireworks they had on offer for the budget I had avaliable. My daughter also got a spin on the wheel of fortune :-) Extremely lucky she landed on GRAND PRIZE. I received the Ad Astra !! We can't wait for the 5th of November the kids are well excited! Thanks again for the great customer service and safety advice. No more disappointing pops and fizzes from the local supermarket fireworks that are the same price if not more expensive!
