I am not an easy to please person, but this watch actually looked nicer on my wrist than on the website photo. Prior to purchase I phoned First Class up with a couple of questions relating to actual length of bracket - all answerd promptly & efficiently, which gave me the confidence to buy. The carriers they use emailed previous day of delivery (not the hour before). It arrived the next day before 10am, & within 5 mins of delivery I received email confirmation of delivery This together with option to return and more importantly excellent value for money, so yes they live up to their name - First Class Watches
