Friendly service and delivered the next morning at no extra cost. Well packaged and presented. I did query the lack of an instruction manual as some web sites said they supplied one but as I knew how to set the time and date it is not an issuie and I wastold when I called they do not supply them now as it was not a chronograph watch so no complaint just an observation
