The customer service was absolutely WONDERFUL. I couldn't have asked for better. I saw the watch in Gibraltar for 199 Pounds. I then saw this website, and sent an offer of 100 USD, they responded the same day giving a justifiable reason of being unable to offer me that price, but they did offer a lower price then what was offered on their website. I then waited to buy the watch, and when I was ready to, the code that lowered the price was expired. I sent another email and within a few hours I received another code to bring me back down to that price. I then received a confirmation email and then the next morning an email stating the completed shipment... By night time that day, I received my watch here in California in a small package with my watch nicely inside. Very good, responsive, and fast customer service. The only thing I have to complain about is that when I received my watch, there are already scratches on the bottom and two small indents. Perhaps I did not read enough and I am buying some kind of used watch, but I was definitely expecting a brand new watch with no marks or signs of distress.
