The price was very competitive, and the watch I ordered arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, the presentation box had been damaged in transit, and as it is a present, I was a little dismayed.
However, after a quick email, without any questions, they immediately sent me a replacement box, which arrived the next day & was perfect.
Excellent prices, excellent speed of delivery, & excellent customer service. I would definitely use First Class Watches again & would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Well done!
