If I could score 0 stars I would.
Order placed on 6th October, heard nothing regarding the delivery since.
Called them on 15th October to ask for an update, vague answer given of “oh it should be dispatched next week”.
Two weeks pass by, again nothing.
Called again, 25th October, the guy on the phone advises me that he can’t get through to the manufacturers and that he will call or email me back with an update. Guess what, I don’t hear anything again.
Email sent on 28th asking for an update, no response. Shock.
Called again, 29th October, at this point they decide to tell me that they are no longer able to fulfil my order as they have decided not to sell the chairs individually anymore. When exactly they were planning on letting me know this I’d love to know. Almost 4 weeks since my order was submitted. Now I’m stuck with 2 chairs and one missing with their only resolution being I buy a pair when I only need one. Bloody ridiculous. Scam company.
