Ordered a sun lounger which showed in the picture a headrest. There was virtually no description on the lounger but I assume it came with the headrest cushion as it did not say otherwise. I could have got it cheaper elsewhere but wanted the cushion. I had to chase up the delivery but when I got no cushion I emailed them. The sunlounger itself is OK but I have now emailed 3 times, no response. Obviously once they'e got your money they're not interested. I will not be using them again and would advise anyone else not to either. From reading the reviews they are very hit and miss.
