I always use Hull Trains website when planning a trip in England, because I can be sure the times and tickets will be reliable . My only difficulty is that I have a UK bank account and billing address but spend a lot of time in Europe. This means that when I´m planning to go to England and use the trains there I would like to be able to have the tickets sent to another address. This service is not available so I have to arrange for the tickets to be sent to my billing address and the ask for them to be forwarded to me. This is the only problem. Thank you, Kate
