The trains are fine, run OK and the staff generally polite and informative, though sometimes the train can be running late by up to 10 mins and no apology or explanation is made.
However major gripe is WiFi coverage on the line is terrible so much so it is not possible to work. This is at almost all points in the Hull - London trip which is quite unbelievable on the East Coat main line. Its so bad that it is a factor in taking the train.
Minor gripe as a regular business user the business support team have been pretty hard to communicate with, in every case a second prompt from me was required to receive a response. I've given up.
