My favourite train company is Hull Trains. I like the convenience of a straight through to London service. The trains are comfortable and always immaculately clean. The staff are polite, helpful and good humoured. Things go wrong from time to time, however the company try hard to rectify issues. When Hull trains are at fault they are quick to compensate if culpable. Fares are reasonable particularly when you book early in advance of journeys.
