My wife and I went for a day trip to The Shard and used Hull Trains. It was a great experience and Anne was even able to get the speciality tea she likes at the onboard cafe. We got up incredibly early to join the train at Beverley and it was worth it. The staff were great and the train manager, Katie, was outstanding. Free wi-fi worked well. Only problem was that it was too late/complicated to get a rebate on the parking ticket at Beverley station (not Hull Trains fault). Have booked again for weekend in February and this time will be travelling First Class. Looking forward to it.
