On the occasions that I have used Hull Trains I have always been very satisfied with the service and reception that I have received from the staff. The condition of the train sets both inside and out puts many, if not all of the larger operators in the shade and is a real tribute to all of the company's staff, reflecting well the ethos of the company as a whole. Being a bit of an anorak - I currently work as a volunteer on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway - I know the difficulties in maintaining an efficient and punctual service (despite the vagaries of Network Rail and their cohorts) and applaud Hull Trains' efforts in providing a fast and enjoyable service. Long may it remain so. Looking forward to electrification and the electric/diesel hybrid train sets.
