I think that the tutors should be made to update their details/profiles on a move regular basis, e.g if they are no longer in a school teaching as stated on their profile they should be require to update this information. I found this an issue when looking for a tutor on your site and had to ask individuals yes or no are you still teaching in a school. This was important to my final decision firstly due to safety regarding disclosure and child protection also the introduction of the new G.C.S.E.'s syllabus. A simple no from a tutor would also have be helpful if they are not interested in your request as I delayed hiring awaiting replies that never came.
