The service was OK - there seemed a reasonable range of tutors, although most had few reviews so we were making decisions on just a few comments. the 7-day shut-down of communications with a prospective tutor was inconvenient - especially when the tutor was taking 2 days to respond to messages/questions. The site was sometimes confusing and difficult to navigate - on our second 'advert' we ended up sending messages to 5 tutors when we thought we'd selected one. I am sure that was our fault, but the site could be clearer we think. We were charged £24.95 for finding a first tutor - which we felt to be a little expensive - £15 would have been good value, £20 OK
