Your website was quite easy to use, but you did not clearly explain who you were; by what criteria you choose your tutors nor the payment system up front. It is always annoying to discover later on that you have to pay "to get an address". I was also unimpressed that when I gave you feedback about some of the English used, you did not say you would look into it, you handed it back to me to raise with my tutor, which did not feel as if you accepted any responsibility for your site.
