The system is very easy to use, and I like the ability to shortlist tutors that may suit our needs. This is our second time using the website.
This time, It was frustrating that two of the three we shortlisted had no availability at all, despite showing as available on their profile. This wasted time. The third has just started working with my son, but seems very good.
