Bob was very quick in resoonding to communication. He went the extra mile straight away regarding bagpipe tutoring books and websites as well as music to play on the radio to my 9 year old son, before lessons even started. From the start he showed how the musical scale worked and gave him a taste of playing a tune. Very approachable and professional. Has and gives a real sense of passion for bagpipes. Also will travel to your home and is prompt.
