The admin contact was useful to contact as our case in seeking a tutor was in danger of being closed as it took some time to find the person we wanted. I think the cases could be left open for longer. All in all it all worked well for us and our tutor seems great. So we are happy. There was one point where Philippa was not receiving my emails but then they went through and we signed up with her. She is great, flexible and knowledgable and my daughter is very pleased!
