Penny is an excellent tutor. She quickly identified that I was lacking in confidence and encouraged me to try regardless and offered tips on how to deal with situations where my vocabulary was missing. Penny also went the extra mile by doing online research for various resources that she felt would help me. I really enjoyed my lessons as they were fun, interesting and we laughed while learning. I now feel much more confident in my language skills. Thanks Penny!
