Happy that I found a tutor with First tutors but clearer instructions would be helpful as both I and the tutor were a bit unclear on how to proceed after contact had been made to obtain details. Also not clear regarding payment of 4.99-24.99 ... and not until you pay you find out it’s actually the higher end of the pay scale and the rationale for this is not clear so more transparency on this before hand would be helpful.
