The choice of tutors was good. When I found a suitable tutor it was easy to contact them. Unfortunately the tutor we picked and used for a couple of weeks (who was very good) moved abroad to work. We explained this to First Tutors who waived the fee to find and contact another tutor. Very quick communication from First Tutors.
