The website is quite basic and not as easy to use as you would hope, but it did the job and for a fee that I think was reasonable we were able to find someone who so far has been excellent. Despite the clunky website the process of communicating with the tutor, and coming to an agreement with him, went smoothly. If the website was polished up a bit I'd give 5 stars.
