First tutors helped me find a really excellent teacher in a field I had no real knowledge of, who lived within range of me and was available at reasonable price. I liked the ease of finding someone in a given field, and the amount of detail about the various potential tutors personally.
I would have liked a less clunky way of getting in touch with them, including a clearer reference upfront to how much I needed to pay firsttutors for their service. But this are not big issues.
