The website is relatively easy to navigate and find tutors, with sufficient information about the tutors to make a decision whether to contact them. However, there is room for improvement: Registration only allows the parent to register, not the student. There is no option whether I am registering for myself or my child. In order to view the tutor's contact details, the tutor has to click on the "finder's fee" button to release payment of the finder's fee and subsequent display of contact details. This confused both the Tutor and myself and required clarification from the First Tutors.
