Very happy with the installation - guys arrived on time as expected both days, and were very considerate. Also a much tidier job than a previous experience 24 years ago by another company!
Windows themselves are great - particularly like the low handle option for persons like me of restricted height! And seems to be doing what they claim (although weather currently is not a particularly good test- roll on winter!)
