I found the process got very confusing and over complicated towards the installation. I requested a quote of guttering and soffits and everything appeared to get lost. They asked the surveyor to take measurements but by his own admission he did not know what he was doing.
I had a phone call by the surveyor stating that different windows would need to be installed as the ones quoted for were incorrect and would not fit. Surely the sales guys need to be aware of what they are selling/quoting for??
The installation of the windows went ok. However the roofing in the end was not looked at as apparently I would have had to pay twice for scaffolding as it couldn't be done at the same time as requested and would require different scaffolding.
Damage was caused to one on the walls when the window was fitted but with all the hassle and confusion during this process I will recify myself as I am in the service idustry and I am sure when the wall was damaged by hitting it with a replacement window I am sure you would of noticed. However I gather honesty isn't one o your policys.
As I said long winded, confusing and poor service would be my over riding opinion unfortunately.
I however am still abiding by my end of the agreement however the sign /(which was screwed to my wall without permission and damaged the wall) will be taken down shortly
