Turned up to look at a Ford Fiesta, operators informed me that they had no staff to move vehicles and to make another appointment. Also made it clear they had no interest in moving from window price for a no-trade in cash buyer, suffice to say I bought elsewhere, while the car remains on their lot. Not recommended.
