Avoid the Aylesbury store like the plague!
Always rude and unhelpful,but the last episode takes the biscuit. Refused to exchange or refund a uvc bulb, unused as the model of filter has now changed and wouldn’t exchange it for the old size bulb. Refused to refund it either,and wouldn’t let me have it back so I could try and sell it online to try and recoup the £12.99 I have lost.
World of Water far superior to this shambles !
