I purchased two timers from fit boutique, they both broke, I was told by customer service that they would replace, they never did, I called and asked for a refund, they said they did not stock the timers anymore so if I wanted to pick something else they would send to me. I said ok, I’ll pick an icebath instead, and then they never sent it.
