Originally ordered and paid for products in April. After 6 weeks I enquired where my product were and was told they would be sent out straight away after a mix up with changing warehouse!
Then for the next 3 months many emails with no reply, until a negative review a gave I received a phone with all the apologies and a promise that they would be sent out ASAP.
Six weeks later I still haven’t received the products!
