Recently purchased the Body Power TITAN Multi-Functional Trainer V2, and so glad I did, I was a free weight user but going onto this is like night and day, the range of exercises is vast and each exercise is constants resistance, I now realise I had plateau, with this machine you can vary how you exercise each muscle group. This is the best value for money of all the machines out there. My wife also now uses it due to the range of exercises. Putting it together isn't as bad as I thought it would be and tokk about 3 hours, just make sure you have a ratchet as I makes it a lot easier.
