I thought the point of customer service is to help customers when they have a problem, however even during the time of genuine global crisis this company couldn’t come through for its customer which just goes to show how little they care. We had a trip organised to do some charity work in Mexico and were going to use 5 star tours for our travel needs however due to COVID19 the trip was cancelled and that was something out of our control. Me and my colleagues were all looking forward to this trip that couldn’t happen due to a global pandemic. Instead of cooperating with us during this time and refunding or arranging some kind of relief towards the cost as other companies (Flights, hotel) have done five star tours have straight up denied our request which is quite a disappointment. Needless to say when this trip does happen again later this year when the borders open we won’t be using five star for any business.
