My wife and I decided to divorce. We did not want a long drawn out and protracted legal case. We met again and completed the Petition, they do all the administration and cover all the fees within their charge, including the mediated financial settlement the childrens contact. They then prepare the Consent Order and submit that to Court and complete the process by obtaining the Decree Absolute. It took about 4 months due to the back log of Court work.
