Ordered shoes since May 2nd. Today is May 15th. On my arrive app it only states shipment label sent to FedEx, nothing else. No tracking number yet. I sent an email, no response. Of course, no phone number listed. I am about to dispute purchase with my bank. It is not because of Covid 19, because everything else I've ordered, I have received.
