Flannels in Liverpool twice I was spoken to with utter disregard. Went in initially to ask about a bag. The lady didn't even look at me and gave me no options or advice. Second time I walked in to collect the bag I ordered, same woman was snotty to me and told me i was at the wrong counter. So rude. Will not be spending my time or money there again.
