I was a bit hesitant about orderring from Flannels given the reviews but I've had a decent experience. Coat arrived day after I ordered, didn't fit so ordered a new one on size smaller, that arrived the day after. Returns was at own expense which is not great but they were upfront about it. Repayment for return was made 2 days after it arrived back at warehouse.
