I ordered a ring from the Flannels sale and received an empty box. I contacted customer services to report it, and their response after looking into it is imply that I'm a theif.
We have always shopped with Flannels, Van Mildert etc. But after this we'll not be using them again.
Had they appologised and said there was nothing they could do I'd have accepted that.
Having looked at other reviews it seems I'm not an isolated case, nor have the majority of recent posts been positive.
Speaks volumes.
