Very friendly an welcoming when walking in and looking around. I purchased a pair of shoes went to the till to collect not an issue left to look around the rest of merryhill popped back in as liked a jacket and went to the till for a member of staff to say you retuning the shoes to say I Carnt afford them no I have a jacket in my hand to purchase. I have worked in customer service all my life and to be asked that was very bad I just think people shouldn’t be judged by the way they look as if we Carnt afford nothing.
