Great service, good communication and on point with notifications for delivery. My only small gripe I have is that my order turned up with a slightly damaged box. It was a birthday present for my brother which was slightly disappointing but this would not deter me from purchasing anything from Flannels in the future as it was sale stock and had probably been lying around for a little while. Overall a great store, if the box had of been perfect it would be a 'Very Good' rating ;)
