Shopping online experience was fine, not entirely sure why a £7 delivery charge is applied when you get it sent to store though, seem very steep!
Also the girl that gave me the parcel when i went into the store to collect could have been more friendly. Barely even looked at me and was more interested in the shoppers on the Mens floor and what they were doing rather than dealing with me as a customer.
