Was pleased with the cost of the purchase, in comparison to other retailers, however I wanted this item as a late addition for my sons birthday present, however although the website indicated next day delivery was available the option at checkout wasn’t there. I tried to ring the Leeds store to check availability but no-one answered on several occasions. I ended up ringing customer services who checked and told me they didn’t have stock, and also stated that due to warehouse delays they were only offering the standard delivery service of 3-5 days. I still ordered the item on line and whilst it was a day later than my sons birthday it still can within 2 days of ordering , well packaged and item as expected so I will use Flannels again, only reason this wasn’t 5 stars is because the store didn’t answer and there was no explanation online the next day delivery was temporarily withdrawn.
