Product and delivery time really good. Unfortunately when the item arrived the box was damaged. It was dented on the side and ripped along the entire edge. When opening up the box due to the damage there was quite a significant crease mark in the leather , plus the fact the box can no longer be used to store the item. However i believe this would be more an issue with courier handling, Flannels could have perhaps provided extra packaging around the box -bubble wrap perhaps. But I will certainly be using them again so have rated this as good rather than acceptable.
