Considering the premium nature of the store and therefore cost, you would expect free delivery over a certain amount. Given you then have to pay for a return on top, it has cost me £15 to try on a coat. I have returned the coat using a next day, signed for delivery which after a week seemingly has not been signed for. It seems impossible to get an answer from your customer services, outside of an automated response, on whether it has been received. As it stands I have paid £330, I have no coat and no idea if I will get a refund because it would appear to be lost. Your competitors offer free delivery over £200 and a fixed, tracked price for returns together with accessible customer services and this is who I shall be using in the future.
