Easy shopping online, good quality products, very pleased with my order. Ordered a pair of sneakers, the box came kinda damaged and i was worried with it’s content. If they wrap the packages better it would be a plus(i am a fan of shoe boxes because i am a shoe collector).They are a bit slow on the customer service part, this is where they can improve a lot, kinda stiff and hard to reach at if you want to make a change to your order or cancel it( keep dreaming). I am sure if you buy directly from their stores and not online it is a treat, but as far as online shopping goes there is room for improvement. Overall 3.5/5
