Flannels is supposed to be a high end store but the delivery service doesn’t match up. Took a surprisingly long time to process my order and get notified and I was annoyed at having to pay an expensive delivery fee for a high value item even for collecting in store. The box my shoes came in br also not in perfect condition (scuffed and scratched) but I didn’t have the time to return before I needed to wear them.
