Ordered 3 items and promptly received a dispatch email, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item so I emailed customer support to enquire where my other items were, I received an automated reply saying it would be answered within 72 hours. 2 days later my other items arrived.
It's now been around 200 HOURS and still no reply.
No phone number for flannels customer support, not impressed.
